Social Programme
Welcome Reception - Monday March 30.
The registration desk will be open from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the cafeteria. Light meals and drinks, including canned beer and non-alcoholic beverages, will be served at a networking mixer.
Conference banquet - Wednesday April 1.
Banquet will be held in the cafeteria and catered.
Excursion - Thursday April 2 at the conclusion of the conference.
Please take a pleasant evening bus tour in Tokyo. We will visit Tokyo Tower to watch the sunset and see the full moon rise together with the beautiful Tokyo night view.
Then we will head to the Meguro River and stroll along the cherry-blossom walkway before dinner.
Based on the group size, we'll select a delicious Japanese restaurant for you to enjoy.
