For presenters, your Abstract Reference Number from your acceptance letter is required. All Presenters must be registered for the conference by Jan. 31, 2026, or their abstract will be removed.

Registration and Entry Policy
To ensure smooth operation of the conference, we kindly ask all participants to complete their registration and payment in advance. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate on-site payments, and entry could be restricted for those who have not paid the full registration fee prior to arrival. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refund for cancellations/withdrawals received after January 31, 2026 (JST). For cancellation notices received before January 31, 2026, a 70% of payment will be refunded, processed by Keio Travel.
In the event that a participant is unable to attend for reasons not attributable to the individual—such as acts of terrorism or socio‑political circumstances, including situations that may affect travel authorization—cancellations made no later than one week prior to the event will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee, as well as a full refund of the accompanying person’s banquet fee and excursion fee. In this case, please contact the 18IHC conference organizers.
Cancellation Policy Due to Natural Disasters
In the event that the conference must be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes), the organizers will refund the registration fees based on the expenses already incurred. Please note that a full (100%) refund may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
